Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by staff (S1) performing glucose testing for resident (R1) which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPAs were informed that S1 performs testing for R1, R1 is not on hospice or receiving care from home health
