What the inspector wrote

On 3/27/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) arrived to facility to conduct an an unannounced Annual Required inspection. LPA found the following, staff 1 (S1) on shift is not fingerprint cleared and Staff 2 (S2) on schedule but not present at facility, is fingerprint cleared but not associated to facility. Based on observation, interviews, and records review deficiencies have been cited on the attached 809-D in accordance with the California Code of Regulations, Title 22. Immediate Civil Penalties assessed.
