What the inspector wrote

Page 2 of 2. On 4/23/2024, the Department had conducted a wellness check visit and observed no issues which posed a health, safety, or personal rights risks to persons in care. LPA Rai interviewed the Maintenance Director (MD). MD stated the third-party vendor was responsible for maintaining the fuel/diesel for the back-up power generator. On 3/7/2025, LPA Rai reviewed documents provided by the third-party vendor stating the facility was not responsible of the power generator and their company was responsible for the low fuel which caused the power outage. The Department has completed the investigation of the above allegations. Based on interviews conducted and record reviews, the department has found that the above allegations were UNFOUNDED, meaning that the allegations were false, could not have happened and/or are without a reasonable basis. No deficiencies cited from California Code of Regulations, Title 22. Exit interview conducted with Maintainence Director, Wes McKinley and a copy of the report was provided.
