Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) R. Derraco conducted an unannounced case management visit to the above mentioned facility on 08/21/25 at 9:30 AM. LPA met with Director, Janet Zeigenhagen, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. LPA observed that there were no children in care and 3 adults at the facility. The center was observed to be preparing for re-opening by cleaning out each classrooms used by children in care. The purpose of this visit is to document the discussion LPA had with Director about the center's operation hours. Director states that the school is closed during summer for breaks. The planned re-opening date for the center is scheduled for 09/02/25. The school year ends every June and the operation hours during the year are 9AM - 1PM. The center is open Monday through Friday during the school year. Per Director, there are 57 children that are currently enrolled. Director advised LPA that documentation to change Directors had been sent to the Regional Office approximately November 2024. LPA provided a Director's file checklist to the Director during the visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
