State inspectors write detailed narratives on every licensed care facility. The state publishes them as scattered PDFs. ReadyRule publishes them as data: citations, visits, penalties, and inspector narratives, queryable, linked, and dated.
The site you're on is the free public record. It carries something the agencies don't provide: a place for licensed care providers to respond to their own record. Voluntary, free, and the only platform that lets them.
ReadyRule licenses the underlying dataset to people whose decisions depend on it: attorneys building cases, insurance loss-control teams, multi-unit operators, and Resource & Referral (R&R) agencies vetting referrals.
