Compliance data licensing

The structured compliance record for licensed care.

State inspectors write detailed narratives on every licensed care facility. The states publish them as scattered PDFs. ReadyRule publishes them as data: citations, visits, penalties, narratives, regional-office patterns. Today: 79,466 facilities nationwide, with the deepest coverage in California and Medicare-certified nursing homes covered in every state.

Sourced from state licensing portals and federal CMS records. How the data is sourced.

ReadyRule licenses the dataset to people whose decisions depend on it. Three audiences use it differently.

Attorneys

For attorneys building elder-abuse, neglect, or wrongful-death cases, ReadyRule delivers facility-specific compliance histories. Citation chronology, visit narratives, penalty records, ownership context, regional-office enforcement pattern. Faster than discovery, structured for exhibit. Engagement is per-case or per-portfolio.

Insurance underwriters

For insurance loss-control teams underwriting or renewing care-facility policies, ReadyRule delivers structured loss-history signals. Citation severity trends, visit cadence, complaint substantiation rates. The dataset informs underwriting, pricing, and post-loss investigation. Delivery is API or scheduled feed.

Resource & referral agencies

For Resource & Referral agencies vetting referrals to families, ReadyRule surfaces the citation history on the facilities you refer. Refer with the inspection record visible, not buried.
