How We Protect Your Data

Encryption

All data is stored on encrypted servers using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Uploaded documents — certifications, training records, and compliance files — are kept in private, encrypted vaults.

Access Control

Only verified members of your facility can access your data. We enforce row-level security in our database, meaning each query is scoped to your facility. No one outside your team can view your records.

Who can access your data?

Only authenticated members of your facility can access your data through the app. ReadyRule’s engineering team has administrative database access for system maintenance and support, but we:

• --Never browse facility data without a support reason
• --Log all administrative database access
• --Don’t have a “view all facilities” feature in our app
• --Will never share your data with other facilities

Secure File Sharing

When you share documents — such as during an inspection — we generate temporary links that expire after 1 hour. Shared files are never permanently public and cannot be accessed after the link expires.

What We Don't Do

• --We do not sell your data to anyone.
• --We do not share your information with third parties for their own purposes.
• --Your facility data is never displayed publicly or indexed by search engines.
• --We do not use your data for marketing or advertising.

Authentication

ReadyRule does not store your password. Authentication is handled by a secure, industry-standard third-party system. Your credentials are never visible to our team or stored in our database.
