What the inspector wrote

***report continues from LIC9099*** LPA also reviewed R1’s needs and services plan that stated she is able to care for her personal belongings without staff assistance. Based on LPA observations and interviews which were conducted and record reviews, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED . California Code of Regulations (Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 8), are being cited on the attached LIC 9099D. Exit interview conducted, a copy of this report and appeal rights provided.

Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Items were being taked from a resident's room which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
