What the inspector wrote

On 06/23/2021 at 9:07am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) A. O'Hollaren arrived unannounced to conduct Infection Control Inspection. LPA met with Licensee Roseli Maglong and explained the purpose of the visit. During the inspection, LPA toured facility including but not limited to common areas, hand washing stations, bedrooms, kitchen and courtyard. LPA observed cough etiquette and COVID-19 symptoms signs posted in the common areas. Hand washing signs are in bathrooms. LPA observed food and paper supplies are sufficient. Sign-in and temperature log were maintained at the facility for all visitors. Common areas are disinfected every day. During record review, LPA observed facility has a copy of Mitigation Plan, but has not submitted the plan to CCLD. LPA did not observe a working carbon monoxide detector at the facility. The following deficiencies were observed (See LIC 809D) and cited from the California Code of Regulations, Title 22 and California health and safety code. Failure to correct the deficiencies may result in civil penalties. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report and appeal rights provided.
