On 8/1/2022 starting at 2:10PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) L. Ibo conducted a health and safety check as a result of department receiving a priority 1 complaint. LPA met with S2 , Administrator arrived at the facility at around 3:50PM . LPA observed 5 Residents watching TV at the living room, 6 residents observed at their bedrooms. During the health and safety check, LPA toured the building with S2, including but not limited to common areas, bathrooms, bedrooms and outdoor area. LPA observed smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detector throughout facility. Water temperature was observed at 120 degrees Fahrenheit. LPA observed sufficient food supplies for residents in care. Facility appear to be safe and there are no imminent health/safety concerns on today's date. Facility is maintained at a comfortable temperature for the residents in care. No deficiencies were cited today.
