What the inspector wrote

Based on LPA’s observations the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation(s) were found to be SUBSTANTIATED. Deficiencies are cited per Title 22 California Code of Regulations and listed on LIC9099D. Failure to submit proof of correction (POC) by plan of correction due date and/or any repeat deficiencies within a 12-month period may result in civil penalties. Exit interview conducted. Appeal Rights and a copy of this report provided. Allegation: Residents using bedroom as a restroom Investigation Finding: UNSUBSTANTIATED During investigation, LPA toured the facility living room, and inside residents’ rooms. LPA interviewed 6 residents 6 out of 6 states that no one here using the bedroom as a restroom; only those that are on bed written are using the restroom inside the room. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
