What the inspector wrote

On 4/30/2026 at 3:40PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) arrived unannounced to conduct a complaint visit AS-20260429092558. LPA met with Administrator, Thinn Aye and explained the purpose for the visit. While LPA Carol Fowler was at the facility for a case management visit, the following deficiency was observed. LPA observed a drawer and cabinet that contained unlocked medication. Staff removed and locked the medication during inspection. The deficiency was observed (see LIC 809D) and cited from the California Code of Regulations, Title 22. Failure to correct deficiency may result in civil penalties. Exit interview conducted. A copy of this report, and appeal rights provided.
