Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On 8/28/2025 at 1:00PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) G. Luk arrived unannounced to conducted a post licensing inspection. LPA met with caregiver, Krisha Sobritchea and explained the purpose of the visit. Administrator, Kevin Sobritchea arrived 15 minutes later. LPA toured facility including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, family room, garage, and outdoor area. Facility has a 2-day supply of perishable and 7-day non-perishable food supplies available. Grab bars and non-skid mats/materials were observed in the residents’ bathrooms. Extra linens and towels were observed in the hallway closet. Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors were observed. There are no bodies of water observed. Medications were centrally stored and lock in a cabinet. Fire extinguisher was observed to be full and last serviced on 8/26/2025. LPA verified facility had a current liability insurance policy. LPA reviewed 1 resident and 2 staff files starting at 1:30PM. All staff are fingerprint cleared and associated to the facility. LPA reviewed resident's centrally stored records. At around 2:30PM, LPA measured hot water at 129.8 degrees F in the hallway bathroom. The deficiency was observed (see LIC 809D) and cited from the California Code of Regulations, Title 22. Failure to correct the deficiencies may result in civil penalties. Exit interview conducted. A copy of this report and appeal rights were provided.
