What the inspector wrote

Donna Gurriere, Licensing Program Analyst was in contact and met with Stacey Baxter, Administrator Assistant. The purpose of the visit is to open a complaint investigation into the allegation listed above. During today’s visit, the billing person was interviewed and she states that she did not receive the message to send out an invoice to the family member. Billing person states that she will contact the family member and get the invoice sent out today. Although the allegation may have happened, or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are Unsubstantiated.
