What the inspector wrote

On 9/2/2022 at 3:00PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) G. Luk and P. Watson arrived unannounced to conduct a case management visit. LPAs met with caregiver, Gladys Corpus. LPAs spoke with Administrator, Crystal Ofahengaue stated that caregiver can sign CCLD reports. During the annual inspection, LPAs were informed by licensee, Seiko Linszky that the property was sold to S1 in March 29, 2022. Licensee does not have control of property. The deficiency was observed (see LIC 809D) and cited from the California Code of Regulations, Title 22. Failure to correct deficiency may result in civil penalties. Exit interview conducted. A copy of this report and appeal rights was provided.
