What the inspector wrote

On 9/6/2022 at 10:53AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) G. Luk and P. Watson arrived unannounced to conduct a case management visit. LPAs met with caregiver, Gladys Corpus. LPAs are conducting a case management visit to assess civil penalty for S1 not being fingerprint cleared. Deficiency was cited on annual inspection conducted on 9/2/2022. Civil penalty of $500 is being assessed today for S1 not being fingerprint cleared. Exit interview conducted. A copy of this report and appeal rights was provided.
