Type A. Serious citation. Imminent or substantial risk to children. The regulator requires corrective action immediately and may impose a civil penalty.
Type B. Lower-severity citation. Corrective action required, no imminent risk. The regulator monitors compliance on the next visit.

87608 Postural Supports(1) Postural supports shall be limited to appliances or devices...used to achieve proper body position and balance, to improve a resident's mobility...restrict movement including, but not limited to, preventing a resident from falling out of bed, a chair, etc.(A) Physician-prescribed orthopedic devices such as braces or casts, used for support of a weakened body part or correction of body parts, are considered postural supports.This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having a doctor's order for postural support fo R1 which poses a potential health and safety risk and persoanl rights to persons in care.

During visit Administrator locked the disinfective cleaning spray.
