What the inspector wrote

...Continued from LIC-9099 On the allegation: Staff do not maintain facility sanitary Based on observation and interviews the facility has 8 shower rooms on the first floor, and 12 rooms on the second floor with on suite showers. S1 stated that the shower rooms on the first floor get cleaned 3-4 times per week by the housekeeping staff. S4 stated that the resident rooms with showers get cleaned about three times per week but the residents are able to request additional cleaning as needed. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there are not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report provided.
