What the inspector wrote

Continued from LIC9099. responsible party after R1 expired on June 20, 2025. W1 stated that R1’s responsible party is entitled to a refund for the remainder of the month after the belongings were picked up, which was on June 21, 2025. This Department has investigated the complaint alleging a refund was not given. We have found that the complaint was UNFOUNDED , meaning that the allegation was false, could not have happened and/or is without a reasonable basis. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report provided.
