What the inspector wrote

On 03/20/2024 at approximately 8:55 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) J. Clancy-Czuleger arrived unannounced to conduct the initial 10-day complaint visit. LPA explained the purpose of the visit with Executive Director Sal Sor. It was alleged that facility staff are not enuring that residents' room phones are working properly During the course of the investigation, LPA J. Clancy-Czuleger interviewed staff, residents, and residents responsible parties. It was confirmed that the facility does not control the residents individual phone lines and has not blocked any numbers for any residents. Staff stated that when a resident is having trouble with their phones they will assist them with trying to fix it. Therefore the above allegation is unfounded. A finding that the complaint is unfounded means that the allegation is false, could not have happened, and or is without a reasonable basis. No deficiency observed or cited during this visit. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report provided.
