What the inspector wrote

On 09/20/2022 at 5:00PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) L Ibo conducted unannounced case management visit. LPA tour the facility inside and outside. LPA observed the following: · (R1) medication was unlocked and was observed at the bathroom sink counter The deficiencies were observed (see LIC 809D) and cited from the California Code of Regulations. Failure to correct deficiencies by POC date may result in additional Civil Penalties. Exit interview conducted. A copy of this report and appeal rights provided.
