What the inspector wrote

While at the facility for another reason, during the tour of the facility Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Carol Fowler observed strong smell of urine in the hallway next to the stairs and along the hallway on the second floor. The deficiency was observed (see LIC809D) and cited from the California Code of Regulation, Title 22. Failure to correct the deficiencies may result in civil penalties. Exit interview conducted.
