What the inspector wrote

On 03/03/2026 at 3:55 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) P. Manalo conducted an unannounced case management visit. LPA met with Administrator (ADM) Jared Pickard, and explained the purpose of the visit. While LPA was at the facility for another visit, LPA observed multiple laundry tower machines in the front desk area. Interview with ADM revealed that the machines are placed there temporarily and will be installed by the corporate maintenance team by the end of the week. LPA is requesting for facility to submit proof of the machines removed from the front desk area by 03/09/2026. No deficiencies cited. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report provided.
