What the inspector wrote

On 09/17/2025 at 09:45 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Carol Fowler and David Doidge arrived unannounced to conduct an annual required inspection. LPAs met with administrator Mae Morales-Altobar and explained the purpose of the visit. LPAs observed current administrator certificate # 6072004740; expires 08/28/2026. LPAs toured the facility including but not limited to the front entrance, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, back yard and common areas. Inside and outside pathways were free of obstruction and fire hazards. Smoke and Carbon monoxide detectors were operational. Fire extinguisher was observed fully charged and last inspected on 09/17/2025. Facility has a sufficient 2-day perishable and 7-day non-perishable food supply. A comfortable temperature is maintained at 70 deg F. Hot water temperature was measured at 116.2 deg F. Emergency drills are conducted quarterly; last on 05/20/2025. LPAs reviewed three (3) client files and three (3) staff files; all were complete.. Continued on LIC809C Continued from LIC809 Updated copies of the following documents to be sent to CCLD by 09/24/2025: LIC308- Designation of Facility Responsibility LIC610D- Emergency/Disaster Plan including infection control plans No deficiencies cited during visit.
