What the inspector wrote

On 9/24/2025 at 1:30PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Carol Fowler conducted a Pre-licensing Inspection. LPA met with Licensee/Applicant, Emcy Levin and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA toured facility including but not limited to resident's bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, garage, and outdoor area. LPA observed lighting in all rooms. Hot water was measured at 115.7 degrees F in the hallway bathroom. Facility bathrooms have grab bars and non-skid mat/materials for the showers. LPA observed facility have one week of non-perishable and two day of perishable food supplies available. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were observed. Fire extinguisher was observed to be full and last serviced on 09/11/2025. First aid kit was complete. No bodies of water observed. No issues noted during inspection. LPA observed that facility is ready to be licensed. This report will be submitted to the Centralized Application Bureau (CAB) and a final review of the application will be conducted. This facility is not yet licensed and is subject to final approval by CAB. Additional requirements may still be required. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report provided.
