Pre-licensing visit·October 2, 2025

On 10/02/2025 at 11:00 AM Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) David Doidge and Carol Fowler arrived announced to conduct a pre-licensing inspection and met with Administrator Sarah Jane Buatista. LPAs toured facility including but not limited to bedrooms, kitchen, common areas and bathrooms. LPAs toured outside the facility and laundry room. Bedrooms and living rooms were equipped with the proper furniture. Bathrooms were equipped with grab bars. Linen and hygiene supplies were observed. There is sufficient lighting throughout facility. Room temperature was maintained at 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Hot water temperature measured in a shared bathroom at 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide were operational. Fire extinguishers were serviced on 01/25/2025 first aid kit was complete. No Issues noted during inspection. LPAs observed that facility is ready to be licensed. This report will be submitted to the Central Applications Bureau (CAB) and a final review of the application will be conducted. This facility is ready to be licensed and is subject to final approval by CAB. Additional requirements may still be required. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report provided.
