What the inspector wrote

On 12/17/2025 at 9:50 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) T. Syess-Gibson arrived announced to conduct a Pre-licensing Inspection. LPA met with Licensee, Satinder Kaur Antal and Administrator, Harpreet Singh. Facility’s fire clearance was approved for four (4) non ambulatory and two (2) bedridden residents. On 12/0/2025, LPA toured the facility with Licensee including but not limited to the residents' bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, common areas, garage, and outdoor area. LPA observed facility has sufficient lighting throughout the facility. Indoor and outdoor passageways were observed free of obstruction. There were no bodies of water observed. LPA observed some perishables and nonperishable foods; licensee will purchase more food once licensed. The facility consists of seven (7) bedrooms one (1) bedroom occupied by staff, and three (3) bathrooms. LPA observed non-skid mats and grab bars in bathrooms. Locked cabinets available to store medications and toxins. Hot water temperature is measured at 145.1 degrees Fahrenheit. There is activity materials observed in the living room. Facility has flashlights available for emergency use. First-aid kit was observed to be complete. Facility inspection matches the sketch that was provided. Continue on LIC809C…. Continued from LIC809 On 12/17/2025, LPA toured the facility and observed Licensee/Administrator made corrections from previous visit on 11/19/2025. LPA Conducted COMP III on 12/17/2025 The licensee/administrator was reminded of the statute that requires CCL to be notified within 5 business days of admitting their first resident. This notification may be made by phone, by mail, by email, or by fax. No Issues were noted during inspection. LPA observed that facility is ready to be licensed. This report will be submitted to the Central Applications Unit (CAU) and a final review of the application will be conducted. This facility is not yet licensed and is subject to final approval by CAU. Additional requirements may still be required. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report .
