What the inspector wrote

On 02/05/2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lavinia Muscan arrived unannounced at the facility to conduct a health and safety case management visit. LPA met with Administrator Jose Santos and explained the purpose of the visit. During today's visit, LPA ensured there is adequate staffing, and all staff are fingerprint clear and associated with facility. Additionally, LPA and Administrator conducted a tour of the facility to ensure the health and safety of residents in care. No immediate health, safety or personal rights violation observed. No deficiencies are being cited. Exit interview conducted and copy of report was provided.
