What the inspector wrote

Regarding the allegation Staff are not following general food service requirements. Based on observation, and interviews this facility is following general food service requirements. LPA's observed fresh fruit in the fridge and on the counter tops. LPA's interviewed two facility residents who both stated they are happy with the quality of food being served at the facility.Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. No deficiencies are being cited Per Title 22 Regulations. Exit interview conducted with Administrator Cleopatra Ramirez, and a copy of this report along with appeals rights provided.

The following requirement has not been met as evidenced by: LPA's observed the bathroom in the hallway near the washer, and dryer room does appear to have mold, which poses a potential, healthy, safety, or personal rights risk to residents in care.
