Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) M Vega arrived to conduct a Case Management. LPA introduced self and allowed entrance by Facility staff. LPA met with Administrator (AD) - Noimi Bacani-Tarinay, and discussed the purpose of today's visit. The Department received an incident report reporting that on 02/15/2026. The incident report stated that resident allegedly took half a bottle of aspirin. Facility did follow reporting requirements and protocols, contacted all responsible parties, law enforcement, and this Department. LPA M Vega reviewed Resident 1 (R1)'s file and physician report (LIC 602A), Interviews also conducted with R1 and Staff 1 (S1). There was no indicators that determined that R1 had medication that he was not supposed to have. No deficiencies cited.
