This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to residents in care.

Licensee admitted she did not provide a copy to R1 or R1's responsible party immediately upon signing the admission agreement and stated she provided the copy of the admission agreement the following day to staff to give to R1 and R1's responsible party. This poses a potential personal rights risk to residents in care.
