What the inspector wrote

On October 10, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) R. Bruce arrived unannounced and attempted to conduct a Required Annual Inspection . LPA knocked on the door however no response was received. LPA called and left a message for the Administrator, waited 15 minutes but did not get a call back. LPA will return at a later date to conduct the Annual Inspection.
