Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Daiquiri Boyd arrived at the home to continue the Annual Inspection and was met by Administrator (AD) Sasheila Grice. LPA reviewed Disaster and Emergency Plan with AD. Last Fire and Emergency Drill was conducted on 02/25/25. Emergency food supply was observed in garage. LPA reviewed records for 3 clients and 3 staff. Medications were reviewed for all residents. LPA and AD discussed a more detailed account of Medication Administration for staff. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were observed and operating. LPA inspected the kitchen and appliances stored for cooking. All surfaces were clean and in good condition. Food is in proper quantity for residents and is fresh. All storage containers are properly labeled. No citations were issued on this day. A copy of this report was left at the facility. The signature of the AD on this form confirms receipt. LPA is requesting the following documents be submitted to the Fresno CCL office by 5/02/2025 : Affidavit regarding Client/Resident Cash Resources (LIC 400), Liability Insurance, Emergency and Disaster Plan (LIC 610D) Personnel Report (LIC500), Register of Facility Clients/Residents for (LIC9020A).
