Pre-licensing visit·June 22, 2023

On 6/21/2023 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) M. Garza arrived at facility to complete a Pre-Licensing inspection visit. LPA met with Licensee, Marine Voskanyan. LPA completed tour with Licensee inside and out. LPA returned to facility to review and inspect corrections that were needed. Phone service was present and operational. Licensee had land line service installed. Current phone number is (559) 319-6002. Let Us Know posting is at proper size of 20x26. Hand washing signs present at hand washing stations. Component III conducted during pre-licensing inspection. I have found that applicant has met all pre-licensing requirements. LPA will submit documentation to CAB in Sacramento for final review prior to license being issued. Pre-Licensing is complete and this facility has no deficiencies. Exit interview completed with Applicant, Marine. A copy of this report given.
