Pre-licensing visit·July 23, 2025

On 07/232025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) M. Medina arrived to conduct an announced Pre-Licensing inspection LPA introduced self, stated the purpose of the visit, and was granted entry to the facility. LPA met with Applicant, Socorro Gamez to conduct follow up pre-licensing inspection. . Facility is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home, with 3 residents currently in place. Fire clearance has been approved for five (5) non-ambulatory and one (1) bedridden in bedroom #3. Facility was previously being run as Angels Room and Board, there are currently three (3) residents in placement. Pre-Licensing is complete with the following items that have been corrected since last visit on 6/03/25. Request for Fire Clearance for Bedridden granted Purchase of new fire extinguishers dated 6/19/25 Full bed rails & half bed rails from beds in bedroom #1 & bedroom #2 have been removed Bed in bedroom # has a new bedframe and new mattress Skid resistant mat available for shower First-Aid kit observed to be missing thermometer, first aid manual and sterile first aid dressings. Shed is locked and secured Miscellaneous items from backyard have been removed Exit gate from back yard is self-latching Pre-licensing is complete, and this facility has no deficiencies.
