Pre-licensing visit·October 29, 2024

On 10/29/24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) M. Medina conducted a subsequent announced Pre-licensing inspection. LPA met with Licensee, Gregory Idoni to conduct facility tour: The following items have be completed and/or removed: 1) Front porch is clear of empty 5-gallon buckets, empty shelf, empty boxes, construction pipes, and gardening tools 2) East side of facility has been clear of miscellaneous boards and ladder 3) On north side of facility in flower bed is clear of large pole with cement base that requires removal. 4) Licensee has purchased thermometer and first aid manual for First Aid kit. LPA found that applicant has met all pre-licensing requirements. LPA will submit documentation to CAB in Sacramento for final review prior to license being issued. Exit interview conducted. A copy of this report was provided for facility records.
