What the inspector wrote

On 12/16/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) M. Medina conducted an unannounced Annual Required inspection. LPA arrived, introduced self, stated purpose of visit, and allowed entrance by Joanna Gonzalez, Administrator Assistant. Licensee Greg Idoni, was contacted by telephone and not available to conduct today's inspection. Facility observed to be clean and a comfortable temperature, residents were resting in their bedrooms upon LPA arrival. All common area, observed to have adequate seating available for residents in care. Facility toured with staff, all residents currently have private bedrooms, all bedrooms observed to have required furnishings available. Resident bathrooms toured, fixtures observed operational during facility inspection. Showers observed to have grab bars, skid resistant mats and shower chairs available. Water temperature measured at 105 degrees F. LPA observed towels and extra linen available. Kitchen toured, facility has a 2-day supply of perishable food and a 7-day supply of non-perishable food available. Knives/sharps, cleaning/disinfecting supplies and chemicals are locked and secured. Medications are centrally stored in a locked cabinet in kitchen. Doors and passageways are free of obstruction. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors observed operational at time of inspection. LPA conducted resident and staff file reviews during inspection. No deficiencies were cited during this visit. An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report was provided for facility records.
