What the inspector wrote

On 2/03//2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) M, Medina conducted an unannounced Post Licensing Inspection. LPA arrived, introduced self, and allowed entrance. LPA me with Administrator, Nahrin Davoodi, Harmeen Jhutti and Charise Canlas. The facility is a 5 bedroom and 2 bathroom home, there are currently six (6) residents in home. All residents were home at time of visit. Facility tour began in residents bedrooms. All bedrooms observed to have required furnishings and adequate lighting. Resident bathroom toured, bathroom fixtures observed operational, shower has a non-skid mat, grab bars and shower chair available. Water temperature measured at 116 degrees F. Facility living room and dining room observed to have adequate seating available for residents in care. Kitchen toured, facility observed to have a 2-day supply of perishable and a 7-day supply of non-perishable food available. All knives observed to be locked and secured, all knobs were removed from stove. Fire extinguisher present with a service date of 1/08/2026, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors present and observed operational during post licensing inspections. Staff and resident files reviewed during inspection. Outside of facility toured. Facility has a shaded area with seating available. Fire exit clear of hazards. No deficiencies observed. A copy of report provided to Administrator for facility records.
