Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On 12/22/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) B. Miranda arrived at the facility announced to conduct a pre-licensing inspection. LPA met with Administrator Elizabeth Perera- Moreland. LPA toured the facility and observed the following issues needing to be fixed. Kitchen cabinets needing to be wiped down on the inside. Water heater(s) needing to be corrected so temperature can fall between 105-120 degrees Fahrenheit. Follow-up with Fire Dept regarding latch on sliding door. Broken fence planks will be fixed and nails will be fixed to not stick out. Small opening in far right corn of fence will be fixed to cover opening. From the backyard facing the house the left side gate will have chain removed and latch fixed. From the backyard facing the house the right side backyard of the house will have extra boards removed, water heater door placed back on, and screens replaced for crawl space. Railing in back yard needs to be fixed and painted. Extra linen needs to include an extra blankets and pillow cases for each room. Once residents move in extra hygiene products will be stored at facility. Telephone service will be corrected. Wipe down bathrooms & clean/repaint closets and under bathroom sinks. Follow-up visit scheduled 1/5/2025 for LPA to observe corrections. Exit interview was conducted and copy of this report was provided to Administrator Elizabeth Perera- Moreland.
