Pre-licensing visit·January 26, 2026

On 01/26/2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) M. Garza arrived at the facility to complete an announced pre-licensing visit. LPA met with Licensee, Pauline Daing, explained reason for visit and was permitted entry into the facility. Facility is approved for 3 ambulatory residents only. Licensee will be living in the facility upon it being licensed. Upon of arriving at the facility, LPA observed the front yard to have uneven ground leading to the front door entrance. LPA completed tour of the facility inside and out. Licensee stated they would like to get the front yard fixed and will contact CCL once completed. A return visit was scheduled for February 10, 2026 @1pm. Exit interview completed with Licensee, Pauline. An exit interview conducted with Licensee and a copy of this report provided.
