Pre-licensing visit·February 10, 2026

On 01/26/2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) M. Garza arrived at the facility to complete an announced pre-licensing visit. LPA met with Licensee, Pauline Daing, explained reason for visit and was permitted entry into the facility. Fire clearance is current and approved for 3 ambulatory residents only. Licensee will be living in the facility upon it being licensed. LPA's toured facility. Common rooms have adequate furnishings and lighting. Window screens present and in good condition. Facility has 2 water heaters. Water temperature measured at 111.2 degrees F in resident bathroom and 109.0 degrees F in kitchen. Kitchen observed to have dishes, plates, utensils. Cleaning supplies are stored in a locked cabinet in laundry room. Medications will be kept in a locked cabinet off the living room. First aid kit contains all the required items. A fire extinguisher purchased on 04/29/2025, is present and observed with a full charge. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are present and operational at time of visit. Outside of the facility toured. Exits open free of obstruction. Pool/pool fencing observed to be locked and inaccessible. All required postings are posted. Exit interview completed and a copy of this report provided.
