Pre-licensing visit·March 9, 2026

On 03/09/2026, Pre-licensing Visit was conducted on the date indicated above by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) M Vega LPA met with Administrator - Noimi Bacani-Tarinay, Licensee - Marlene Galvez. This facility has no bodies of water (pool, spa, hot tub, fountains, etc.) & no space heating stove. Facility telephone (559) 797-4319 Physical plant toured. Facility maintained temperature of 71 degrees F. Dining & living rooms sufficiently furnished with adequate lighting. Kitchen has locked area for knives. Sufficient supply of service wear, utensils, cups. Locked area under kitchen sink to store miscellaneous cleaners for keep kitchen & counters clean & disinfect. Applicant has sufficient quantity to meet 7 day Non-perishables food requirement. Appliances observed to be clean and maintained at appropriate temperatures Client bedrooms toured. Bedrooms are sufficiently furnished with adequate lighting. Client bathrooms toured. Fixtures operational. Hot water measured at 105.9 degrees F. Laundry appliances available and observed to appear clean and in very good condition. Sufficient supply of linens available. All Bedrooms in house fire cleared for non-ambulatory clients. continuation on LIC 809C Smoke detectors hard wired - when one goes off they all go off. Smoke detector /carbon monoxide detectors tested & operational. Fire extinguisher service date: 09/19/25. Interior & exterior passageways clear without any obstructions. Outside area toured. Sufficient outdoor seating & shaded area available. Address on outside of facility easy to see from the street. Component III conducted. Exit interview conducted with Admin. Report provided. CAB notified time of visit that inspection & Comp III completed with no outstanding issues Pre-Licensing is complete and this facility has no deficiencies
