What the inspector wrote

At approximately 11:30AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Chris Arnhold arrived at this facility unannounced to open an investigation into the above allegation. LPA met with Administrator Jennifer Hall, reviewed records and interviewed residents and staff. Based on records reviewed and interviews conducted, LPA was not able to find evidence to support the above allegations. Staff and Residents interviewed were not able to provide LPA with any supporting evidence that residents are left in a soiled state for long. Residents expressed their apprieciation for the promptness of the staff in tending to their needs. Staff interviewed stated their job is to respond timely to resident calls for assistance and if they observe a resident in need, they stop to assist the resident. Based on interviews conducted, staff are not aware of anyone violating residents privacy while showering. Staff interviewed were not aware of any staff member arriving at the facility intoxicated or consuming alcohol on the job. Based on records reviewed and interviews conducted, LPA was not able to find evidence of staff stealing items from residents. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are Unsubstantiated.
