What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst, David Roman (LPA D. Roman) conducted an unannounced case management visit to check on the health and safety of residents in care. LPA D. Roman gained access to the facility, identified himself, and met with Facility Manager, Tim Aldanese to discuss the purpose of today's visit. LPA D. Roman's visit consisted of briefly speaking with residents concerning their health and safety, touring the bottom and top floor of the facility, and obtaining additional information about the residents care. When touring the bottom floor LPA D. Roman walked into the kitchen and observed employees preparing food, the kitchen has sufficient food supplies. Overall, the facility did not have any immediate health and/or safety violations and after speaking with residents did not receive any complaints about their health. LPA D. Roman followed up on a previous incident that was documented on 02/19/26. Staff informed that the resident was placed on a 5150 hold as the resident attempted to harm staff as well as law enforcement. Facility staff provided LPA with LIC 624. An exit interview was conducted with Tim Aldanese to which a copy of this report along with Licensee/Appeal Rights was provided to them whose signature below confirms receipt of this report and their rights.
