Licensing Program Analyst, David Roman (LPA D. Roman) conducted an unannounced case management visit to check on the health and safety of residents in care. LPA D. Roman gained access to the facility, identified himself, and met with Facility Manager, Tim Aldanese to discuss the purpose of today's visit. LPA D. Roman's visit consisted of briefly speaking with residents concerning their health and safety, touring the bottom and top floor of the facility, and obtaining additional information about the residents care. When touring the bottom floor LPA D. Roman walked into the kitchen and observed employees preparing food, the kitchen has sufficient food supplies. LPA D. Roman met with a resident from room 141 that informed the faucets were not producing hot water. LPA informed Facility Manager, Tim Aldanese of the residents hot water faucet issues. Facility Manager reported that maintenance workers will be made aware of the lack of hot water to remediate the issue. Overall, the facility did not have any immediate health and/or safety violations and after speaking with residents did not receive any complaints about their health. An exit interview was conducted with Tim Aldanese to which a copy of this report along with Licensee/Appeal Rights was provided to them whose signature below confirms receipt of this report and their rights.
