On 10/19/22 at 2:40 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Malia Thao arrived unannounced to conduct an initial 10-day complaint inspection. LPA explained reason for inspection and was granted entry. LPA met with Licensee (LIC) Jason Johnson. LPA made observations and interviewed LIC. LIC denied AC being out in the facility and advised the AC technician was presently servicing the AC unit in preparation for the new season. LPA observed the thermostat set to 73 degrees F and was measuring at 74 degrees F, and operating. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging the facility is in disrepair. We have found that the complaint was unfounded, meaning that the allegation was false, could not have happened and/or is without a reasonable basis. We have therefore dismissed the complaint. Exit interview conducted. A copy of this report was given to Licensee Jason Johnson, whose signature confirms receipt of this report.
