What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) K. Kaur conducted a subsequent complaint inspection to deliver findings. LPA met with Administrator Beatriz Ponce. Findings were delivered. The Department conducted interviews and reviewed records. Based on interviews conducted and records reviewed, the facility failed to prevent R1 from engaging in non-consensual sexual relations with other residents. The preponderance of evidence standard has been met; therefore, the above allegations are found to be SUBSTANTIATED. An Immediate Civil Penalty of $500 is assessed. The issuance of additional civil penalties is pending and currently under review. The details of additional civil penalties will be outlined in a future report to the facility, if any. Exit Interview conducted. Appeal Rights provided.
