Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Continued from LIC9099. Resident and staff interviews also revealed the facility addressed the pests issue promptly. Therefore, the allegation, staff does not ensure facility is free of bed bugs/pests, is UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of the report was provided to Administrator Beatriz Ponce.
