What the inspector wrote

Based on the Departments interviews, records review, and photos submitted the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6, Article 8, is being cited on the attached LIC 9099D.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Licensee did not report to Licensing Final Notice from PG & E that the electric was going to be shut off which poses an immediate health safety and or personal rights risk.
