Maintain facilities for fire and panic safety
87203 - Fire Safety - All facilities shall be maintained in conformity with the regulations adopted by the State Fire Marshal for the protection of life and property against fire and panic. This requirement was not met as evidenced by the facility had a padlock on the front gate of the facility, which is not permitted by their approved Fire Clearance; which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, or personal rights risk to the residents in care.
